When you are ready, you sign our management authority. We send the formal notice of termination to your current agency on your behalf. You do not need to have any difficult conversations yourself.
We Handle the Transfer
Ascension co-ordinates the collection of keys, files, bond details, lease documentation and everything else required from the outgoing agency. Your renters are notified of the change in management professionally and compliantly.
