Ralph oversees all Human Relations at Ascension. He has a remarkably calm demeanour in high-pressure situations, an open-door (open-dog-door) policy, and a natural gift for de-escalation - mostly achieved by sitting on people's feet until they feel better. Zero complaints on record.
French Bulldog
Belle conducts her inspections with thoroughness, dedication and an impressive attention to detail - particularly at ground level. No corner is left uninspected. No scent goes unlogged. Her reports are unwritten but her findings are communicated clearly through a series of very deliberate looks. Ascension's most diligent inspector by a wide margin.

Shane is a galah with strong opinions, impeccable timing and an uncanny ability to make himself heard at exactly the right moment. As CEO of Ambiance, his responsibilities include setting the tone, contributing to conference calls without being invited, and ensuring no Zoom meeting ever runs in silence.

Natasha is a key part of the Ascension Real Estate team, working closely alongside Lehna to support the growth of the business and the relationships behind it. As Relationship Manager, she is the connective thread between rental providers and the onboarding process, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, clarity and consistency. Natasha brings a calm, considered approach to communication and is known for her organisation, reliability and genuine care for the people she works with. Sharing the same values and vision as Ascension, she believes real estate should feel people-first, transparent and built on genuine relationships, not pressure or volume.
