Where a rent increase is being considered, we aim to review this at least 120 days before the increase is due to take effect, allowing time for proper market analysis, clear owner instructions and the required Victorian notice period.

Rental providers have access to key information through PropertyMe, including statements, documents, reports and maintenance updates.
